Scope of Inspection
Our inspections are visual and non-invasive, following applicable New York State home inspection standards. Findings represent the condition of the property at the time of inspection only.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection. We are not liable for conditions that were concealed, latent, or not reasonably observable at the time of inspection.
Cancellations
Please provide at least [12 hours/days] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
